Mazkur maqolada yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari bo‘lgan bemorlarda jarrohlik amaliyoti va anesteziyadan keyingi tiklanish davrida depressiv simptomlarning shakllanishi, namoyon bo‘lishi hamda vaqt davomida o‘zgarish dinamikasi ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi kardiologik va kardiojarrohlik bemorlarida operatsiyadan keyingi depressiv simptomlarning rivojlanishiga ta’sir ko‘rsatuvchi biologik, psixologik va ijtimoiy omillarni tizimlashtirish, tiklanish bosqichlarida depressiya ko‘rsatkichlarining o‘zgarish qonuniyatlarini aniqlash hamda psixologik yordamning ilmiy asoslangan yo‘nalishlarini belgilashdan iborat. Tadqiqotda xalqaro ilmiy adabiyotlarni qiyosiy tahlil qilish, ilmiy natijalarni umumlashtirish va biopsixososial yondashuv asosida talqin qilish usullaridan foydalanildi. Tahlil natijalari operatsiyadan keyingi dastlabki davrda depressiv simptomlar kuchayishi mumkinligini, keyingi haftalar va oylarda esa ayrim bemorlarda ularning kamayishi kuzatilishini ko‘rsatdi. Shu bilan birga, depressiv belgilar barcha bemorlarda bir xil dinamikaga ega emasligi, ayrim holatlarda uzoq davom etishi yoki dastlabki yaxshilanishdan keyin qayta kuchayishi mumkinligi aniqlandi. Bemorning operatsiyagacha bo‘lgan psixologik holati, somatik kasallikning og‘irligi, operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlar va ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash darajasi tiklanishning muhim omillari sifatida ko‘rib chiqildi. Olingan ilmiy xulosalar postanestezik va postoperatsion tiklanish davrida depressiv simptomlarni bosqichma-bosqich baholash, xavf guruhlarini aniqlash va individual psixologik yordamni tashkil etish zarurligini asoslaydi.

Abstract

This article presents a literature-based analysis of the development, manifestation, and temporal changes in depressive symptoms among patients with cardiovascular diseases during recovery following surgery and anesthesia. The study aims to synthesize biological, psychological, and social factors associated with depressive symptoms in cardiac patients and to identify patterns of change across postoperative recovery stages. A comparative analysis of published scientific literature, narrative synthesis, and interpretation within a biopsychosocial framework were employed. The reviewed evidence indicates that depressive symptoms may intensify during early postoperative hospitalization, whereas improvement is observed in many patients over subsequent weeks and months. However, recovery trajectories vary considerably, with some individuals experiencing persistent symptoms or relapse following initial improvement. Preoperative psychological status, disease severity, postoperative complications, and social support were identified as relevant factors in the interpretation of postoperative psychological recovery. The findings support the need for repeated psychological assessment, early identification of vulnerable patients, and individualized psychological interventions during cardiac rehabilitation. The article also emphasizes that depression arising during postoperative recovery cannot be attributed exclusively to anesthesia because surgical, inflammatory, clinical, and psychosocial influences frequently coexist.
