Mazkur maqolada xotin-qizlarda emotsional defitsit va nikohdan tashqari munosabatlarga moyillik o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikning ijtimoiy-psixologik xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi oilaviy munosabatlarda emotsional ehtiyojlarning qondirilmasligi, turmush o‘rtoqlar o‘rtasidagi emotsional yaqinlikning pasayishi, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash yetishmovchiligi hamda nikohdan tashqari emotsional yoki romantik munosabatlarga moyillik o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro aloqani aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqotda so‘rovnoma, psixodiagnostik metodikalar, korrelyatsion va qiyosiy tahlil usullaridan foydalanish taklif etiladi. Maqolada emotsional defitsitning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari sifatida emotsional yaqinlikning yetishmasligi, e’tibor va qo‘llab-quvvatlashga ehtiyoj, yolg‘izlik hissi, muloqotdan qoniqmaslik va munosabatlardagi emotsional sovuqlik ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tahlil natijalari emotsional ehtiyojlarning muntazam ravishda qondirilmasligi nikohdan tashqari munosabatlarga moyillikning oshishi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Shu bilan birga, mazkur bog‘liqlikni faqat individual omillar bilan emas, balki oilaviy muloqot, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash, nikohdan qoniqish va jamiyatdagi gender me’yorlari bilan kompleks ravishda izohlash zarurligi asoslanadi.

В данной статье анализируются социально-психологические особенности взаимосвязи между эмоциональным дефицитом и склонностью женщин к внебрачным отношениям. Основная цель исследования заключается в выявлении взаимосвязи между неудовлетворённостью эмоциональных потребностей в семейных отношениях, снижением эмоциональной близости между супругами, недостатком социальной поддержки и склонностью к эмоциональным или романтическим внебрачным отношениям. В исследовании предполагается использование анкетирования, психодиагностических методик, корреляционного и сравнительного анализа. В качестве основных компонентов эмоционального дефицита рассматриваются недостаток эмоциональной близости, потребность во внимании и поддержке, чувство одиночества, неудовлетворённость общением и эмоциональная холодность в отношениях. Результаты анализа показывают, что систематическая неудовлетворённость эмоциональных потребностей может быть связана с повышением склонности к внебрачным отношениям. Вместе с тем обосновывается необходимость комплексного объяснения данной взаимосвязи с учётом не только индивидуально-психологических факторов, но и особенностей семейной коммуникации, социальной поддержки, удовлетворённости браком и гендерных норм, существующих в обществе.

Abstract

This article analyzes the socio-psychological characteristics of the relationship between emotional deficit and women’s propensity toward extramarital relationships. The main purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between unmet emotional needs in marital relationships, reduced emotional intimacy between spouses, insufficient social support, and the tendency to engage in emotional or romantic extramarital relationships. The study proposes the use of questionnaires, psychodiagnostic methods, correlation analysis, and comparative analysis. The main components of emotional deficit examined in the article include a lack of emotional intimacy, the need for attention and support, feelings of loneliness, dissatisfaction with communication, and emotional detachment within relationships. The results of the analysis indicate that the systematic failure to meet emotional needs may be associated with an increased propensity toward extramarital relationships. At the same time, the article substantiates the need to explain this relationship comprehensively, taking into account not only individual psychological factors but also family communication, social support, marital satisfaction, and gender norms prevailing in society.
