Mazkur maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim muassasalarida ilmiy asoslangan boshqaruv tizimini joriy etishning nazariy hamda amaliy jihatlari keng yoritilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy мақсади zamonaviy menejment nazariyalari, tizimli tahlil va empirik ma’lumotlarga tayangan holda ta’lim muassasalari boshqaruvini takomillashtirishning ilmiy-metodologik asoslarini ishlab chiqishdan iborat.Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ilmiy asoslangan boshqaruv modeli an’anaviy boshqaruv usullariga nisbatan yuqori samaradorlikka ega. Xususan, mazkur modelni amaliyotga joriy etish natijasida o‘quvchilarning akademik ko‘rsatkichlari 19–23 foizga, o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy qoniqish darajasi esa 31 foizga oshganligi aniqlangan.Shuningdek, maqolada ta’lim muassasasini boshqarishning tarkibiy-funksional modeli taklif etilib, uning samaradorligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan.

В данной статье подробно освещаются теоретические и практические аспекты внедрения научно обоснованной системы управления в учреждениях общего среднего образования. Основная цель исследования заключается в разработке научно-методологических основ совершенствования управления образовательными учреждениями на основе современных теорий менеджмента, системного анализа и эмпирических данных.

Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing a scientifically based management system in general secondary education institutions. The main objective of the study is to develop the scientific and methodological foundations for improving educational institution management based on modern management theories, systems analysis, and empirical data. The research findings indicate that the scientifically based management model demonstrates higher effectiveness compared to traditional management approaches. In particular, the implementation of this model in practice resulted in a 19–23 percent increase in students’ academic performance and a 31 percent rise in teachers’ professional satisfaction. Furthermore, the article proposes a structural-functional model for managing educational institutions and scientifically substantiates its effectiveness.
