Maqolada ta’limda adolat va tenglik tamoyillarining falsafiy-axloqiy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Ta’lim inson qadr-qimmatini ro‘yobga chiqaruvchi va boshqa ko‘plab imkoniyatlarga yo‘l ochuvchi asosiy ijtimoiy ne’mat sifatida qaralib, unga bo‘lgan huquqning haqiqiy amalga oshirilishi bevosita adolat masalasi bilan bog‘liqligi asoslanadi. Maqolada formal tenglik va real tenglik o‘rtasidagi farq, imkoniyatlar tengligi, jarayondagi adolat va natijadagi tenglik masalalari hamda ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy, hududiy, raqamli va inklyuziv tengsizlik ko‘rinishlari yoritilgan. Adolatning egalitar, proporsional, meritokratik, rawlscha va imkoniyatlarga asoslangan konsepsiyalari ta’lim kontekstida qiyosiy tahlil qilingan.

Abstract

This article analyzes the philosophical and ethical foundations of the principles of justice and equality in education. Education is considered a fundamental social good that enables the realization of human dignity and provides access to numerous other opportunities, and it is argued that the genuine realization of the right to education is directly connected with the issue of justice. The article examines the distinction between formal equality and substantive equality, equality of opportunity, procedural justice and equality of outcomes, as well as various forms of socioeconomic, regional, digital, and inclusive inequality. Egalitarian, proportional, meritocratic, Rawlsian, and opportunity-based conceptions of justice are comparatively analyzed in the context of education.
