Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi psixolog-konsultantning kasbiy tajribasi kompetentlikni rivojlantirish, mas’uliyatli qaror qabul qilish va amaliyotni ongli ravishda o‘zgartirish uchun qanday qilib barqaror asosga aylanishini tushuntirish zarurati bilan belgilanadi. Maqolaning maqsadi psixolog-konsultantlar refleksiv madaniyatining tarkibiy va funksional komponentlarini nazariy jihatdan asoslash hamda ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi modelini taklif etishdan iborat. Metodologik asos sifatida refleksiv tafakkur, tajriba orqali o‘rganish, refleksiv amaliyot va superviziya yondashuvlari tahlil qilindi hamda taqqoslandi; nazariy sintez, kategoriyaviy tahlil va konseptual modellashtirish usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijada refleksiv madaniyat kasbiy va shaxsiy sifatlarni birlashtiruvchi yaxlit tuzilma sifatida talqin qilinib, uning qadriyat-motivatsion, kognitiv-interpretativ, operatsion-regulyativ, baholovchi-tuzatuvchi hamda kommunikativ-etik komponentlari aniqlandi. Uning ma’no hosil qiluvchi, diagnostik, regulyativ, o‘rgatuvchi, integrativ va prognostik funksiyalari tavsiflandi. Kasbiy vaziyatdan boshlab tahlil, talqinlarni tekshirish, muqobil harakatni tanlash va keyingi amaliyotga o‘tish jarayonini ifodalovchi siklik sxema ishlab chiqildi. Model nazariy xususiyatga ega bo‘lib, uni empirik ko‘rsatkichlarga aylantirish va talabalar hamda amaliyotchi psixolog-konsultantlar guruhida tekshirish zarurligi qayd etildi.
Abstract
The relevance of the study lies in explaining how counseling psychologists’ professional experience can become a stable basis for competence development, responsible decision-making, and deliberate changes in practice. The article aims to provide a theoretical account of the structural and functional components of reflective culture in counseling psychologists and to propose a conceptual model of their relations. The methodology combines analysis and comparison of approaches to reflective thinking, experiential learning, reflective practice, and supervision. Theoretical synthesis, categorical analysis, and conceptual modeling were used. The study conceptualizes reflective culture as an integrated professional and personal formation comprising value-motivational, cognitive-interpretive, operational-regulatory, evaluative-corrective, and communicative-ethical components. Its meaning-making, diagnostic, regulatory, learning, integrative, and prognostic functions are described. A cyclical scheme is proposed to show how a professional event can lead to analysis, examination of interpretations, selection of an alternative action, and subsequent practice. Reflection is considered developmental when self-observation is connected with feedback, professional knowledge, ethical criteria, and verifiable changes in practice. The model is theoretical; its empirical operationalization and testing with student and practicing counseling psychologists remain necessary.
