The expansion of massive open online courses, cloud-based learning platforms, and distance education has made the pedagogical quality of learning for large and heterogeneous groups a central concern. This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of pedagogical design for scalable online courses and proposes a conceptual model that integrates learning outcomes, active learning, social interaction, personalized learning pathways, formative assessment, and teaching presence. The study applies theoretical analysis, comparative synthesis, and pedagogical modeling. The resulting model comprises seven interconnected components: constructive alignment of outcomes and assessment, modular content architecture, active learning tasks, pedagogical communication, differentiated support, continuous assessment, and course improvement informed by learning analytics. The analysis demonstrates that automation should reduce routine workload at scale but should not replace meaningful feedback, collaboration, or teacher guidance. Pedagogical scalability is therefore defined not simply as the ability to enroll more learners, but as the capacity to preserve learning quality, inclusion, interaction, and reliable assessment as participation increases. The proposed model can guide universities, professional development providers, and MOOC designers in improving learner engagement, achievement, and course completion while maintaining educational quality.

Ommaviy ochiq onlayn kurslar, bulutli ta'lim platformalari va masofaviy ta'limning kengayishi ta'lim mazmunini ko'p sonli va turli tayyorgarlik darajasiga ega tinglovchilarga sifatli yetkazish muammosini dolzarb qilmoqda. Mazkur maqolada masshtablanuvchi onlayn kurslarni pedagogik loyihalashning nazariy asoslari tahlil qilinib, o'quv maqsadlari, faol o'rganish, ijtimoiy hamkorlik, individual ta'lim trayektoriyasi, formatif baholash va o'qituvchi ishtirokini yagona tizimda birlashtiruvchi konseptual model taklif etiladi. Tadqiqot nazariy tahlil, qiyosiy umumlashtirish va pedagogik modellashtirish usullariga asoslangan. Model yettita o'zaro bog'liq tarkibiy qismdan iborat: maqsad va natijalarni muvofiqlashtirish, modulli mazmun, faol topshiriqlar, pedagogik muloqot, differensial qo'llab-quvvatlash, uzluksiz baholash hamda o'quv analitikasi asosidagi takomillashtirish. Masshtablash jarayonida avtomatlashtirish faqat tashkiliy yuklamani kamaytirishi, mazmunli fikr-mulohaza, hamkorlik va o'qituvchining pedagogik ishtirokini esa almashtirmasligi asoslanadi. Taklif etilgan model oliy ta'lim muassasalari, malaka oshirish tizimi va ommaviy onlayn kurslarda o'zlashtirish sifati, faollik va kursni yakunlash ko'rsatkichlarini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
