Annotatsiya

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada o‘spirinlarda depressiv simptomlarning namoyon bo‘lish darajasi hamda ularning psixologik xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida William W. K. Zung tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan Zung depressiya shkalasi (SDS) metodikasidan foydalanilib, o‘spirinlarda depressiv simptomlarning ifodalanish darajasi empirik jihatdan o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari o‘spirinlarning ma’lum qismida yengil va o‘rta darajadagi depressiv simptomlar mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, depressiv holatlarning emotsional tushkunlik, xavotir, psixologik zo‘riqish, ijtimoiy passivlik hamda motivatsion pasayish bilan bog‘liqligi aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar o‘spirinlar ruhiy salomatligini muhofaza qilish va psixoprofilaktik ishlarni tashkil etishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.

Аннотация

В данной научной статье проанализированы уровень проявления депрессивных симптомов у подростков и их психологические особенности. В ходе исследования для эмпирического изучения степени выраженности депрессивных симптомов была использована шкала депрессии Зунга (SDS), разработанная William W. K. Zung. Результаты исследования показали наличие у определённой части подростков лёгких и умеренных депрессивных симптомов. Также было установлено, что депрессивные состояния связаны с эмоциональной подавленностью, тревожностью, психологическим напряжением, социальной пассивностью и снижением мотивации. Полученные результаты имеют важное научно-практическое значение для сохранения психического здоровья подростков и организации психопрофилактической работы.

Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the level and psychological characteristics of depressive symptoms among adolescents. During the study, the William W. K. Zung Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) was used to empirically assess the severity of depressive symptoms in adolescents. The findings revealed that a certain proportion of adolescents demonstrated mild and moderate levels of depressive symptoms. In addition, depressive conditions were found to be associated with emotional distress, anxiety, psychological tension, social passivity, and decreased motivation. The obtained results have important scientific and practical significance for the protection of adolescent mental health and the organization of psychoprophylactic interventions.
