Maqolada o‘smirlarda destruktiv axborotga psixologik qarshilikni shakllantirishda metakognitiv strategiyalarning o‘rni nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Metakognitiv bilim, monitoring va nazorat jarayonlarining xabar ishonchliligini baholash, hissiy ta’sirni anglash hamda axborotni tarqatish qarorini boshqarishdagi vazifalari yoritiladi. Metakognitiv tanaffus, ishonch darajasini kalibrlash, lateral o‘qish, dalillarni solishtirish, o‘z-o‘ziga savol berish va refleksiv qayd yuritish usullarining psixologik mazmuni ochib beriladi. Ushbu strategiyalarni media savodxonlik, emotsional o‘zini boshqarish va qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi ijtimoiy muhit bilan uyg‘unlashtirish zarurligi asoslanadi.

Abstract

The article theoretically analyzes the role of metacognitive strategies in developing adolescents’ psychological resistance to destructive information. It explains how metacognitive knowledge, monitoring, and control support credibility assessment, awareness of emotional influence, and regulation of information-sharing decisions. The psychological functions of a metacognitive pause, confidence calibration, lateral reading, evidence comparison, self-questioning, and reflective note-taking are discussed. The analysis substantiates the need to combine these strategies with media literacy, emotional self-regulation, and a supportive social environment.
