Annotatsiya

Maqolada oila va ta’lim muassasasi hamkorligini takomillashtirishning pedagogik asoslari tahlil qilinadi. O‘quvchi shaxsining har tomonlama rivojlanishida oila va ta’lim muassasasining o‘zaro hamkorligi muhim pedagogik omil sifatida qaraladi. Maqolada ota-onalar bilan samarali muloqotni yo‘lga qo‘yish, ta’lim va tarbiya jarayonida o‘zaro mas’uliyatni shakllantirish, o‘quvchining individual xususiyatlarini hisobga olish hamda oila va ta’lim muassasasi o‘rtasidagi pedagogik talablarning izchilligini ta’minlash masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, hamkorlik jarayonida uchraydigan tashkiliy, kommunikativ va pedagogik muammolar tahlil qilinib, ularni bartaraf etishning samarali usullari taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida oila, ta’lim muassasasi va o‘quvchi o‘rtasidagi uch tomonlama hamkorlik modelining asosiy komponentlari aniqlangan.

В данной статье анализируются педагогические основы совершенствования сотрудничества семьи и образовательного учреждения. Взаимодействие семьи и образовательного учреждения рассматривается как важный педагогический фактор всестороннего развития личности учащегося. Раскрываются вопросы организации эффективного общения с родителями, формирования взаимной ответственности в процессе обучения и воспитания, учета индивидуальных особенностей учащихся, а также обеспечения последовательности педагогических требований семьи и образовательного учреждения. Анализируются организационные, коммуникативные и педагогические проблемы, возникающие в процессе сотрудничества, и предлагаются эффективные пути их преодоления. В результате исследования определены основные компоненты трехсторонней модели взаимодействия семьи, образовательного учреждения и учащегося.

Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical foundations for improving cooperation between the family and the educational institution. The interaction between the family and the educational institution is considered an important pedagogical factor in the comprehensive development of the student’s personality. The article examines issues related to establishing effective communication with parents, developing mutual responsibility in the processes of education and upbringing, taking into account the individual characteristics of students, and ensuring consistency in pedagogical requirements between the family and the educational institution. In addition, organizational, communicative, and pedagogical problems encountered in the cooperation process are analyzed, and effective methods for addressing them are proposed. As a result of the study, the main components of a tripartite cooperation model involving the family, the educational institution, and the student were identified.
