Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy ilmiy adabiyotlarning nazariy tahlili asosida mojaroli vaziyatlarda o‘zini o‘zi boshqarishning psixologik mexanizmlari o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot shaxslarning his-tuyg'ularini tartibga solish, xatti-harakatlarni nazorat qilish va shaxslararo nizolar paytida moslashuvchan kurashish strategiyalarini qo‘llash qobiliyatiga ta'sir qiluvchi asosiy psixologik omillarni aniqlashga qaratilgan. O‘zini o‘zi boshqarishning asosiy komponentlari sifatida hissiy tartibga solish, kognitiv baholash, hissiy intellekt, kurashish mexanizmlari va neyropsixologik jarayonlarga alohida e'tibor qaratilgan. Tadqiqot nazariy tahlil, qiyosiy tahlil va sintez usullaridan foydalangan holda sifatli adabiyotlar sharhiga asoslangan. Topilmalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, samarali o‘zini o‘zi boshqarish kognitiv qayta baholash, konstruktiv kurashish uslublari va yuqori hissiy intellekt kabi adaptiv hissiy strategiyalar bilan chambarchas bog‘liq. Tahlil shuningdek, qochish va ifodali bostirishni o‘z ichiga olgan noto‘g‘ri moslashuv strategiyalari stress, tajovuzkorlik va shaxslararo qiyinchiliklarning kuchayishi bilan bog'liqligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqot psixologik o‘zini o‘zi boshqarish ichki psixologik resurslar va tashqi ijtimoiy omillar ta'sirida o‘rganiladigan va ko‘p o‘lchovli jarayon degan xulosaga keladi. O‘zini o‘zi boshqarish ko‘nikmalarini mustahkamlash mojarolarni hal qilish, hissiy barqarorlik va umumiy psixologik farovonlikni yaxshilashga yordam beradi.

Abstract

This article examines the psychological mechanisms of self-regulation in conflict situations based on a theoretical analysis of contemporary scientific literature. The study aims to identify the key psychological factors influencing individuals’ ability to regulate their emotions, control their behavior, and apply adaptive coping strategies during interpersonal conflicts. Particular attention is given to emotional regulation, cognitive appraisal, emotional intelligence, coping mechanisms, and neuropsychological processes as the major components of self-regulation. The study is based on a qualitative literature review employing theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, and synthesis methods. The findings indicate that effective self-regulation is closely associated with adaptive emotional strategies, such as cognitive reappraisal, constructive coping styles, and a high level of emotional intelligence. The analysis also demonstrates that maladaptive strategies, including avoidance and expressive suppression, are associated with increased stress, aggression, and interpersonal difficulties. The study concludes that psychological self-regulation is a multidimensional process that should be examined in relation to both internal psychological resources and external social factors. Strengthening self-regulation skills contributes to more effective conflict resolution, greater emotional resilience, and improved overall psychological well-being.
