Annotatsiya

Maqolada musiqa o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik kreativligini rivojlantirish masalasi va uning o‘quvchilarning ta’lim jarayonidagi faolligiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Pedagogik kreativlik zamonaviy o‘qituvchining kasbiy kompetentligini belgilovchi muhim jihatlardan biri sifatida qaralib, uning dars jarayonida yangi pedagogik g‘oyalarni yaratishi, nostandart metodlardan foydalanishi, o‘quvchilarning individual imkoniyatlarini hisobga olishi hamda ijodiy muhitni shakllantirishi bilan izohlanadi. Musiqa ta’limida kreativ yondashuv tinglash, kuylash, ijro, improvizatsiya, musiqiy tahlil va ijodiy topshiriqlar orqali o‘quvchilarning darsdagi ishtirokini kuchaytirishi mumkin. Maqolada pedagogik kreativlikning asosiy komponentlari, uni rivojlantirish shartlari hamda o‘quvchilar faolligiga ta’sir mexanizmlari yoritiladi.

Аннотация

В статье анализируются вопросы развития педагогической креативности учителей музыки и её влияния на активность учащихся в образовательном процессе. Педагогическая креативность рассматривается как важная составляющая профессиональной компетентности современного учителя, проявляющаяся в создании новых педагогических идей, использовании нестандартных методов обучения, учёте индивидуальных возможностей учащихся и формировании творческой образовательной среды. В музыкальном образовании креативный подход способствует активизации учащихся посредством слушания музыки, пения, исполнительской деятельности, импровизации, музыкального анализа и творческих заданий. В статье раскрываются основные компоненты педагогической креативности, условия её развития и механизмы влияния на активность учащихся.

Abstract

This article analyzes the development of music teachers’ pedagogical creativity and its influence on students’ engagement in the educational process. Pedagogical creativity is considered an important component of modern teachers’ professional competence, manifested through the generation of new pedagogical ideas, the use of innovative teaching methods, consideration of students’ individual abilities, and creation of a creative learning environment. In music education, a creative approach can increase students’ engagement through listening, singing, performing, improvisation, musical analysis, and creative tasks. The article examines the main components of pedagogical creativity, the conditions for its development, and the mechanisms through which it contributes to students’ active participation in music lessons.
