Annotatsiya

Maqolada mehnat migratsiyasi sharoitida ota-onadan biri yoki har ikkisi uzoq muddatga oiladan tashqarida bo‘lgan o‘smirlarning ijtimoiy-psixologik moslashuvi, emotsional barqarorligi va oilaviy munosabatlar tizimidagi o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Tizimli sharhlar, xalqaro empirik tadqiqotlar hamda O‘zbekistondagi bolalarga migratsiya ta’siri bo‘yicha UNICEF materiallari asosida xavf va himoya omillari umumlashtiriladi. Ota-ona–o‘smir kommunikatsiyasi, vasiy bilan munosabat sifati, maktab iqlimi, tengdoshlar qo‘llovi va psixologik rezilyentlik migratsiya oqibatlarini yumshatuvchi muhim resurslar sifatida ko‘rsatiladi. Maqolada o‘smirlar bilan ishlash uchun maktab–oila–mahalla hamkorligiga asoslangan konseptual tavsiyalar taklif etiladi.

Abstract

The article analyzes the socio-psychological adaptation, emotional stability, and changes in family relationship patterns among adolescents whose one or both parents remain away from the family for extended periods due to labor migration. Drawing on systematic reviews, international empirical studies, and UNICEF materials on the impact of migration on children in Uzbekistan, the article summarizes key risk and protective factors. Parent–adolescent communication, the quality of relationships with caregivers, school climate, peer support, and psychological resilience are identified as important resources that can mitigate the adverse effects of migration. The article also proposes conceptual recommendations for working with adolescents based on cooperation among schools, families, and the mahalla community.
