Mazkur tezisda jamoat transporti haydovchilarida stressga bardoshlilikni oshirishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari tahlil qilinib, kasbiy faoliyatning stressogen xususiyatlarini hisobga oluvchi integrativ psixologik model taklif etiladi. Tadqiqotda stressga bardoshlilik haydovchining murakkab kasbiy vaziyatlarda emotsional muvozanatni saqlashi, stressogen ta’sirlarni adekvat baholashi, ziddiyatli vaziyatlarda moslashuvchan xulq strategiyalarini tanlashi hamda kasbiy faoliyatga funksional tayyorligini ta’minlovchi dinamik psixologik tizim sifatida talqin etiladi. Tadqiqotga Toshkent, Samarqand va Buxoro shaharlarida faoliyat yurituvchi jami 305 nafar jamoat transporti haydovchisi jalb etilgan. Muallif tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan model diagnostik, kognitiv, emotsional-regulyativ, xulqiy-kommunikativ, tashkiliy-ijtimoiy hamda monitoring-baholash komponentlarini birlashtiradi. Modelning ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyati stressga bardoshlilikni individual psixologik resurslar va kasbiy muhit sharoitlarining o‘zaro ta’siri doirasida rivojlantirish imkoniyatlarini asoslashdan iborat.

Abstract

This abstract analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of enhancing stress resistance in public transport drivers and proposes an integrative psychological model that takes into account the stress-inducing factors of professional activity. In the research, stress resistance is interpreted as a dynamic psychological system that ensures the maintenance of emotional balance in complex professional situations, adequate assessment of stress factors, selection of adaptive behavioral strategies in conflict situations, and functional readiness for professional tasks. A total of 305 public transport drivers operating in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara were involved in the study. The model developed by the author integrates diagnostic, cognitive, emotional-regulatory, behavioral-communicative, organizational-social, and monitoring-evaluation components. The scientific and practical significance of the model lies in substantiating the possibilities of developing stress resistance through the interaction between individual psychological resources and professional environment conditions.
