Annotatsiya

Maqolada jamoat tartibini saqlash xizmati rahbarlari faoliyatining boshqaruv samaradorligini belgilovchi ijtimoiy-psixologik determinantlar tizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Individual-psixologik, ijtimoiy-psixologik va tashkiliy-muhitiy determinantlarning o‘zaro ta’siri asosida konseptual model taklif qilinadi. Maqolada determinantlar, ularning kuzatiladigan indikatorlari hamda boshqaruv natijalariga ta’siri jadvallar va sxemalar orqali tizimlashtirilgan.

Аннотация

В статье на основе системного подхода анализируются социально-психологические детерминанты, определяющие эффективность управленческой деятельности руководителей службы охраны общественного порядка. Предлагается концептуальная модель, основанная на взаимосвязи индивидуально-психологических, социально-психологических и организационно-средовых детерминант. В статье посредством таблиц и схем систематизированы детерминанты, их наблюдаемые индикаторы, а также их влияние на результаты управленческой деятельности.

Abstract

The article analyzes, from a systemic perspective, the socio-psychological determinants that shape the effectiveness of managerial activities among leaders of public order maintenance services. A conceptual model is proposed based on the interaction of individual-psychological, socio-psychological, and organizational-environmental determinants. The article systematizes the determinants, their observable indicators, and their impact on management outcomes through tables and diagrams.
