Annotatsiya

Maqolada ingliz va o'zbek tillaridagi nutqiy faoliyat fe'llarining semantik tuzilishi komponent tahlil asosida qiyoslanadi. Material sifatida har ikki tilning izohli lug'atlaridan olingan 20 tadan fe'l (yadro, nutq usuli va baho guruhlari) tanlandi. Tahlil natijasida fe'llar ma'nosini farqlovchi olti belgi aniqlandi: nutq maqsadi, adresatga yo'nalganlik, ovoz kuchi, aniqlik, nutq miqdori va baho. Nutq usuli fe'llarida ikki til bir xil belgilardan foydalanishi, biroq sinonimik qatorlarni turlicha bo'lishi ko'rsatildi. Yadro fe'llarning ko'p ma'noliligi turli yo'nalishda rivojlangan: inglizcha say va tell fe'llarining hosila ma'nolari bilish sohasiga, o'zbekcha aytmoq fe'lining hosila ma'nolari ijtimoiy harakat va ijro sohasiga tutashadi. Natijalar ikki tilli lug'atlarda ekvivalent tanlash uchun asos bo'ladi.

Abstract

The article compares the semantic structure of verbs of speech activity in English and Uzbek by means of componential analysis. The material consists of 20 verbs from each language selected from explanatory dictionaries (the core, manner-of-speaking and evaluative groups). Six features that distinguish the meanings of the verbs were identified: purpose of speech, orientation to the addressee, loudness, clarity, amount of speech and evaluation. In the manner group both languages use the same features but divide synonymic rows differently. The polysemy of the core verbs develops in different directions: derived senses of English say and tell extend into the cognitive domain, while those of Uzbek aytmoq extend into social action and performance.
